Refund & Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to provide the highest quality coaching experience. To ensure fairness for all clients, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all virtual health coaching sessions: 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least **24 hours' notice** prior to their scheduled session to cancel and receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are **not eligible for a refund**. Missed Appointments (No-Shows): If a client does not attend their scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and is **not eligible for a refund or rescheduling**. Rescheduling: Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice may reschedule their session for a mutually available date and time. Coach Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. By booking a virtual health coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
